We live in Merrimack and needed a new flapper, handle and a few other things for our toilet. Cyndie answered the phone and I was blown away with her customer service and how sweet she is. Cyndie put us on the schedule for the next day! Rob showed up promptly on time and was done in 30 min at most! He also was professional and his customer service was on point! What an amazing team!! We are in NH and had a short power outage and then suddenly no water was coming out of the hot tap. After googling and googling, I decided to post it on Facebook. Low and behold guess who replies to my post? DTP Plumbing! They told me to send them a picture of the water heater and within 20 seconds I get a response back with instructions. I do as they say and immediately have running hot water again.
Thank you guys for caring enough to respond to my “plea of help” post on Facebook at such a late hour. I am forever grateful of your kind hearts! Keep being amazing ❤️

Gah, I finally found a plumber I will call again! Dacare the Plumber is a fantastic small family-run business, just the ones I love to support when I can. He came out to fix my argumentative disposal and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Even before I’d met him, I’d seen so many outstanding recommendations on a local FB group, but all of those were confirmed after speaking with his wife to schedule and then within minutes of meeting this lovely guy. I have a good BS detector, and Dacare is one of the good guys. When I asked about paying via debit card, he just said to text him my email address for an invoice. Who leaves a worksite without being paid immediately these days? Good people who do quality work, that’s who.
